You will start your ‘journey of flavours’ in a family-run cheese factory, surrounded by green fields, in the flat area which covers the Southern part of the province of Parma where river Po flows. There you will see how milk is transformed into Parmigiano Reggiano. You will discover every phase of its production process, invented in the XII century by the Benedictine monks, and soon realize that the producers' expertise and knowledge make this product special and unique. The visit will end with a tasting of Parmigiano Reggiano of different aging periods
