D.I.Y Kit Beer
Make it more special, make it yourself.
Lorenzo, recently bought a D.I.Y, aka Do It Yourself kit to make Beer, to celebrate my return from my most extended trip of nine months in Island.
From the Guinness world, not the record prizes. A place where you may see a leprechaun. Ok, sorry, my bad, but it does feel like you are on a fairy tale first day you arrive.
The smokey dark valley with sheep gravitating in the air and cows eating grass under the rain.
Ohh, I'm misleading you again. Lorenzo, as I said, my friend bought this kit to make Beer. And personally find it so exciting to try to recreate the Guinness that I thought about tell you. Lorenzo starts to unpack the kit while I'm bringing the cup and the purified water from Piemont that he went to collect last week with his grandpa. Yeah, his grandpa leaves close to natural Fontaine, where all the locals came to fill up their gallon. No, it's not the fountain of youth. But I do have to admit the elders are quite fit in this region. They can still hand harvest, go collect some naturals herbs, and able to chit chat until midnight. So, after putting all the ingredients, boiling, waiting day, then put them in the bottle. We still had to wait for a few more weeks before tasting our homemade Beer.
Finally, a month later, we taste not as good as the one in Ireland, but its decent. So why don't you give it a try?
