The following rules of the cafe must be respected:
All guests may enter and stay in the café at their own risk (especially in cases of pregnancy or allergies).
Please keep the entrance door closed at all times to protect our animals.
Upon arrival and departure, please disinfect your hands using the sanitizers provided.
We kindly ask our guests to carefully follow the instructions and guidelines provided by our staff.
It is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to remove any animals from terrariums or cages!
Please DO NOT touch the glass of the aquariums, terrariums, or cages!
Orders will be taken at your table in compliance with food hygiene regulations. Afterward, you can meet the café's animals with the help of our animal caretakers.
We kindly ask you not to switch to another table!
Do not pass the animal introduced by the caretaker to another guest; please ask our caretakers for assistance.
For the sake of the cats, please STRICTLY FOLLOW these rules:
Do not disturb sleeping cats! (Do not wake them, remove them from their sleeping place, pick them up, etc.).
Do not pull their ears, tails, or legs! Petting is allowed.
It is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to feed them! (with sandwiches, milk foam, coffee, etc.).
For the sake of your safety and the safety of our animals, please avoid loud noises and running! Do not stand in front of the swinging door for your own and your children's safety, as it is dangerous!
Photos of the animals can be taken only without a flash!
You may touch the bird at your own risk, as it may bite!
Visiting the café is not recommended for children under 3 years old.
